Tyler Florence better watch out!

I whipped up some butternut squash for Audrey tonight and it is 10xs better than the fancy schmancy Tyler Florence butternut squash. I am not just saying that either. My squash was TO. DIE. FOR. and it cost WAY less than his. Oh and FYI...my peas were better too.

Today was the last day for Audrey at Ms. Jacky's. I am not going to miss the drive but I am definitely going to miss the excellent care she received when she was there. She is so happy there. Here are some awesome pictures that Ms. Jacky took when Audrey was staying there. Doesn't she do an awesome job???

Happy Baby = Happy Birthday

Audrey gave me the best gift in the world for my birthday today. She was so happy. We had such a good time together tonight. Being her mommy is the best thing I have ever done. Its amazing how much things change in a year. Last year, my birthday was amazing too but in an entirely different way. I was pregnant and I spent my birthday with my family and my husband. This year, I was alone except for my baby girl. Its crazy how content I am just hanging out with her. I miss my husband and my family like crazy but I am also incredibly happy here in TX with Audrey and my friends here.
Thank you for all of the gifts and well wishes. If you still want to get me something just donate some money to Meg (see post below). She is walking 60 miles in 3 days! :-o

Shake Rattle and Roll

A loves her keys. =) The only time my napless girl was happy today was when she had her keys.

Oh no!!!!

I went to the potty this morning and I heard Audrey yelling and grunting from her mat on the living room floor. I walked into the living room to find her in the middle of an army crawl about 5 ft from where I left her. I am NOT ready for her to be mobile. Yikes! I keep trying to catch it only video but she always stops when she sees me. She will only do it when I leave the room. I guess she is trying to come visit me.
We got to see Tony on the webcam today and he got to see A. It was nice.

Oh and she had carrots today for the 1st time. They were a hit. I think tomorrow she will have peas and carrots together.

It is very important....

...to make sure they keep their hands out of their food. Otherwise there is a GIANT mess when they rub there face.
